We aim to ship items out as soon as possible, but is not always the same day as your order.
In general please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate longer or if your order includes personalisation of clothing or toys it will be noted in the product description. If you have any questions on the lead time on a specific order please contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will off an exchange for another item or a credit note which can be redeemed within a year of original purchase or a full refund. Please note personalised orders can not be returned unless faulty and then can only be exchnaged.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return for orders over £40.
